Hi Everyone!
This is a long overdue post from when i reorganized my makeup/Bathroom. It's still not *perfect* but a definite improvement over where i was before!
Here is the the before..... Yeesh! Just a cluttered mess! There is nothing that stresses me out more that "clutter"
Below are the three drawers where I would keep everything else makeup/skin care related
Drawer Number One (Before):

And apparently I forgot to take a picture of drawer number three...! It must have been really bad!
And here is the after! <Drumroll!>
On one side I have my Eyeshadow/Blush pallets and soap dish
On the other side I have my face pads, Q-Tips , Makeupbrushes and cleansers I use daily. I got all this stuff at a local Kitchen organization store.
Drawer One (After): These are my makeup/products I use on a daily basis
Drawer Two (After): Makeup/Products used less frequently and all my Lipsticks
Drawer Three (After): Random samples and things I have accumulated from hotels lol
Here is an upclose of my Lipsticks :)
I have to say, having everything organized and visible (not all in little separate makeup bags) makes it easier for me to actually use all my products up. I tend to forget what I have, so this solution is really working for me:)

Oooh, it looks so organized! My bathroom is too small so my makeup is all over the place which means I forget I own certain things and they never get used up. Really hoping I can get a dedicated makeup centre (like a vanity) once I move!

DeleteI feel like since i have reorganized, i dont want to buy much more because i want to just finish what i have :) excited to finish my Dior Amber DImond to try a new highlighter:)
I really love what you did - the glass jars for the cotton buds & pads are SO elegant! And I love the drawer dividers for your everyday makeup. And your MAC lip products are just...WOW :-)

The only draw back is my DD can open the drawers ( i didnt baby proof them) so its not always this organized... this AM for example she walked into my bathroom and said " Mama, Seena lipstick on" and ( she calls herself seena) and procceded to grad Mac "CHilli" (a bold choice!) lol

ReplyDeletethanks!... yes it's great to have everything visable. the drawrs are pretty easy access for me so is a deifinite improvement over my last storage solution which was just way to cluttered and all over the place!

ReplyDeletehi! I actually got it on Ebay but since it was over 6 months ago.... i cant find it in my history :( there are plenty of these holders on ebay though and they are super cheap!

ReplyDeleteThis has honestly been so helpful ! They were all hidden before and I never used any and kept buying more . Now i tend to rotate more than usual !
