This months question is: What makeup to you carry around in your purse?
I have never been one to reapply makeup throughout the day. If I touch up my lipstick, it would be a special day. But I do carry around a little makeup bag in my purse. The one I am currently using is by Coach, however I have had my eye on the Prada nylon one. Will pick it up next time I am at an outlet mall :)
In reviewing the contents... it seems to be more of a "Emergency bag" than a makeup bag, but nevertheless, here are the contents:
Band Aides:These are life savers for those days when you wear those uncomfortable shoes
Expandable towelettes: A must for a mommy. Add a bit of water and they are a full size napkin
Mini Nail File: I hate having a snag in my nail when it break unexpectedly!
Mini Hair Claw: Keep my Hair off my face
Mini Safety Pin: Because you just never know

So as you can see.....a mix of makeup and none makeup items:)

Love your bag and MU bag. I have my eye on a damier ebene bag (neverfull PM) - I just love the ebene print so much!
ReplyDeleteI've never seen the expandable towelettes - but they look like a life saver. I'm never without wet wipes - but they stay in my main bag - as a mom, they're essential - especially when taking little ones to public bathrooms (shudder!).
The safety pin seems to be a good idea - I'll have to put one in my MU bag too.

DeleteYeah teh expandable towlettes are great...but baby wipes are also a must have. As with you, those go in my main bag :)
YEah, i've actually ended up using the saftey pin, hence why there is only one left! lol
I actually carry a lot of similar things to you! Shy Girl, BBW hand sanitizer, nail file, Band-Aids, mints... all staples :)
